Clearly, the 5-star reviews are fake.

I feel that they are competent but are not empathic.

Rather than answer an email for a question, they only accept a flat rate for consultations (200 euros + VAT) to answer the question that they didn't read in the said email.

My experience has been overall negative for the poor service they provided.

I can only recommend that they review internally the pricing options or ways to make the service fairer.

Answering simple e-mails takes weeks (if there's any answer at all), breaking the contract is 1000 EUR + VAT and then they'll issue you a couple of invoices because they claim they work in "quarters". I find it hard to believe it's legal (paying for work that wasn't carried out all), seems like a scam/fraud operation, beware!

The worst advisor in Wien eventhough they expect to be paid handsomely! They dont even have any idea what they are doing. Im glad i checked some others before choosing one. Be careful!
