I visited this agency today with my sister to request a power of attorney letter. Even without an appointment, we were kindly attended by the person in charge. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and clear with all the information we needed. We truly appreciated how honest and attentive she was, offering us helpful advice and making sure we fully understood the process. We felt listened to and respected the entire time. Highly recommended for anyone who needs professional and trustworthy service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I did my taxes with them, and everything seemed fine until I received a minor error message. Since then, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the person handling my case, but all I’ve been told is that they will pass my message along to Gina—yet, no one ever gets back to me. It’s been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

On top of that, they are asking for an additional fee just to email me a copy of my taxes. This seems like a scam, and it's a service I would not recommend to anyone. I will definitely not be using them again in the future.

Review update: Thank you for your response and for clarifying the situation. I do want to address the main concern I had, which is the lack of communication and follow-up on my calls. While I understand the issue with the error message stemmed from a misreporting of income on my part, my frustration was primarily due to not receiving timely responses to my inquiries.

I was repeatedly getting the run-around and didn’t have the clarity I needed until you stepped in to assist. Once you did, I was able to get the copy of my tax returns promptly, which I greatly appreciate. I had no issue with paying the $25.00 fee; it was just the delay in communication that caused the frustration.

Moving forward, I hope that communication can be more efficient, as I truly value the services your firm provides.

I’ve been doing taxes with 4js for 5 years. Gina and her staff exceptional. Taxes are intimidating for me as self employed tattoo artist and other tax services gave me the run around or looked annoyed having to work with me. This place was amazing and felt welcomed. Another thing I would like to mention is that I LOVE THE FAMILY atmosphere, I didn’t felt like they just wanted to cash in like other services out there.

I was told they my info was sent off while they held on to it for a month. Contacting them is sometimes a hassle. I trusted this service because my Sister-in-law lives close by and was able to see first hand their business. Totally disappointed in their service.
