I was really nervous and afraid of exposing my huge mess to anyone, but my family persuaded me,and I'm so glad these people are the ones they chose. Everyone on the team from supervisors to laborers became like family, only hard working family! I couldn't even believe how the guys who did the moving of bins and appliances etc. worked like nonstop robots and always polite, friendly, speedy... Better than I could have imagined. They never stopped to rest or smoke and never complained...such sweet gentlemen. Everyone was in clean ironed coveralls and lab coats looking like a television ad...perfect neat hair, well spoken. I just can't say enough.They even brought us lunch every day from a variety of local cuisine I d love to have them over for holiday dinner. They did a great job and left us happy...great team!!

We had a very emotional and complicated cleanup after an out-of-town family member's sudden death at home, and also some additional work needed to remediate some longtime mold issues. Kimberly and her team were thoughtful, efficient, and through over a process which took a few days at a time when we were not at our best, to put it mildly. Kimberly was the most responsive customer liaison with whom I have ever worked. After our initial contact, we were not able to remain in Oakland, but Kimberly and her team documented their entire process with extensive photos, reports, and documentation. We were able to follow along through the client portal, and Kimberly was always there to answer any questions and make suggestions. Really impresed by the level and quality of service they provided. So glad we found them!

Kimberly in the office and the clean up crew led by Alejandro were amazing every step of the journey to rehabilitating and cleaning our rental property in Stockton. Our tenants turned out to be hoarders with uncontrolled pets. The house was a disaster. The smell was horrible. Three days later after hard work, the house was empty, clean and like new. Smells clean and fresh inside and out. We are forever appreciative and grateful. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend 911 Hazmat for any extreme clean up situation you may have! We were thrown into a horrendous toxic situation with a relatives home. A friend recommended 911 Hazmat to do our clean-up. They went above and beyond our expectations! They brought organization and thorough explanation of everything they were going to do and lists of everything they removed and kept. They included and informed us of what they were doing every step of the way, including almost 5,000 photos throughout the two-week process. All the photos were placed on a private website we could easily see what they were doing. Some of the bio hazards they had to clean were: human waste, animal waste, rodent feces, roach feces, maggots, hoarding, and gross filth. It was a drug user site and they transformed a toxic situation into a clean and livable environment. They were hard-working, available 24/7, reassuring, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. They included us in making decisions and made us feel like teammates in the process. All the workers were so nice. Everything was done with the highest quality from the best PPE to delicious lunches from local restaurants like Chili’s. They not only took care of our needs, but we felt honored by them. We are very grateful for their services.

Sometimes it’s hard to explain how thankful you are but I’ll try. 911 hazmat helped my family in a time of need. They came and did the work free of charge because they noticed that we where struggling to provide the funds since we had just lost a family member.
