I was injured in a car accident on September of 2022 and called Smith & Hastler. They immediately was on the case. Made the process of filling my lawsuit against the party who hit me. The staff Dara and Abigale was always available to answer questions for me at anytime. Sometimes even answering my concerns on weekends. They fought to get me the max amount for my injuries. They assisted me through the time by helping me to get a new vehicle and even gave me advances to help me pay my monthly bills. If injured I would definitely call Smith & Hastler.

Hurricane Beryl hit Houston and I lost food during the storm. I am living off social security disability. So being hit by the storm has caused me not to be able to eat for about a week and a half. Because the storm happened in the beginning of July. But I was able to get a advance on my case. Which saved my life figuratively and literally.
