Mr.Hayes helped my sister through a very traumatic estate situation. He was always very patient, kind , and reassuring.
She needed a lawyer who would take time with her and really listen to what she was going through and he did just that.
He was very through and always prepared when she had to go to court three times .
Mr. Hayes wants you to be very honest with him since that's the way he is with you as his client. If you want a lawyer that will fight for what is right he is the lawyer you want on your side .

I came to Mitch broken, upset, and afraid. I was a young mother having to file for divorce and about to embark on a custody case for my daughter. Mitch met with me, he listened to my story and I could tell he genuinely cared about what I was saying. Once we hired him, he worked with me one on one, he walked me through everything, he connected with my daughter while we were there and he worked incredibly hard on my case. I was nervous every single court hearing and he was right there with me the entire time. This man is a God send. His entire office has been nothing short of amazing. I hope to never have to use a lawyer again, but if I ever do there is no question as to whom I would use. Thanks again to this wonderful attorney and wonderful staff! 5 stars to them for sure!!

I would give -5 stars if could. Aweful service, aweful people. Do not trust any legal issues with him. He will take your money, toy with you then give back if ask questions. His office is a joke. Please if have legal issues to ANYWHERE else. If want help.

Will never use again paid 125 dollars for Hayes to represent me they didn't even call me to tell me he wasn't going to represent me I came in after my court case which was in the other favor I lost because I had no representative came back in after he never showed up to court asked him questions wondering why then he told me they wasn't representing me because of conflict of interest but I had already lost the case so why shouldn't I be able to get my consultation money back after the fact of losing the case so yea never again told me because I asked questions I could get my 125 back well I done lost the case because he did not contact me before I lost the case so that is bull lawyers just wanna take someone's money and do nothing so thank you very much will never in my life use Hayes ever again so please becarefull when using a laywer
