I highly recommend Adam to represent your child and their best interests in education. Unfortunately our family and background in education led us to believe the schools / districts and their multidisciplinary teams would know what's best for our child than what our instincts were telling us. We needed help when the Sp.Ed program was becoming harmful to our child. Adam came into the situation and helped us in so many ways. Adam helps us every step of the way. He helps represent our child and their voice in their IEP meetings. Adam is helping our child with every meeting, and he is helping us with regular check ins , reflecting and processing information. Adam is on your childs team , and is able to articulate that is what everyone is there for.

2019 was an extremely difficult year for my daughter and our family. Mr. Wasserman’s law firm was able to sort through all the confusion, laziness, anger and denial that stood between our child getting support and an education she deserved and wanted and the school bureaucracy which appeared to want the opposite result.
