I have been using the services provided by Rich and the team at Mobo Law since their inception. They have assisted me with a number of different situations including business and personal matters. Mobo has played an integral part in the growth and success of my business. Mobo set up our S-corp and handles the yearly filing necessary to maintain the corporate structure. They have guided our business through difficulties with clients as well as assisting in our preparation for a small claim we had to file several years ago. I can’t say enough good things about the team at MOBO Law. Truly.

I have utilized their services for both business (setting up and maintaining an S-corp), as well as multiple personal matters, and I have been amazed at their ability to ensure I fully understand each step we’re taking throughout the process.

Greedy revenue model. They turned down an easy wrongful death case (personal injury being noted prominently on their web site along with the phrase “we do it all”) that they were immediately interested in but only if I would agree to pay a consultation fee. My case is already in the settlement phase but I did not have the opportunity to share this. Their receptionist should be trained to not let business slip away due to an archaic money scheme. Big red flag.

Not a fan of how they do business. For $375 an hour, I wouldn't expect to have to pay for copies, 3% on the credit card, etc. It comes as a surprise when you get your first bill. Personally, charge $390 and make it all inclusive rather than having what I would consider tacky add-on's.
