Had a title assistant/agent who was not very competent. They made errors with our paperwork, sent unintelligible emails, waited until the last week to contact us to schedule a notary, was non responsive to simple questions, didn’t return phone calls or respond to emails and didn’t use the completed documentation we provided weeks in advance in the official paperwork.

Fortunately I was able to call the main office number and a very polite representative helped me track down the information I needed and get me a tracking number for critical paperwork.
