They deliberately submitted my partner's materials late after the prevailing wage determinations expired, even if such materials were obtained in time. Because of this reason, my partner's green card application was denied. We had one really simple and straightforward case, and Liang's office screwed up. Our statuses, employments, and income were then badly affected. ?

I also wish we had never consulted this office.

Potential clients beware: scourge of fake reviews hitting this page. Jonathan is the worst attorney that I have ever met. He is careless and ruthless, treating his client without any empathy. He never responds timely (never follows up, messes up everything), and his law office is managed by his incompetent wife. Jonathan used a previous client's materials as a starting point to edit and change them to my materials, which is doubtful but acceptable to some degree. However, he forgot to change the "key information" that fits his previous client but has nothing to do with my trajectory. Therefore, my application was meaningless and illogical in the eyes of the immigration official and got rejected. His English is as bad as a high school student - maybe that's why he went to Columbia University for college but ended up with notorious Brooklyn Law School. Subpar! Proof-reading? No way! There are numerous typos and incorrect information about my background. I wish I never knew this bad attorney!
