5 stars simply aren’t enough to rate this team - Hail to Henry and Latoya ? - the dynamic duo!
The deadline to serve was approaching and I needed a miracle. I called in the afternoon at 1:51 and by 4:00 it was complete! I was completely blown away. The professional and efficient communication, transparency around pricing, communication around realistic expectations and their patience with me as I was calling at the 25th hour were impressive. My time crunch wasn't their problem - yet they cared, they demonstrated a sense of urgency and they DELIVERED!
Integrity is a rarity these days - add civil legal issues and it’s about as likely as seeing a unicorn. I didn’t see the unicorn - I found a team of UNICORNS.
I wish I had a recording of our last call. I can't give away any secrets, but man-oh-man - it was an exciting call to receive. Henry conveyed genuine passion sharing the success story and it was contagious - I caught myself jumping up like a little girl as I listened on the other end.
This was a gift in an otherwise dismal courtroom saga - thank you both for making me ‘tooth smile’, bringing the light and for making your word mean something. Sincere gratitude.

Update: A very difficult serve on a person housed in a secure facility and they did not hesitate to undertake it. Also served someone on notice and "reticent" to be served. This company is a one stop, don't worry about it business. Personal and they get the job done.

Henry and Latoya were very easy to work with. Their payment system is easy and it got done immediately. Their communication was excellent in terms of what was involved and what progress was being made. I have never met Henry personally but I had the confidence that he would treat the person being served with respect and dignity which to me is very important. I am truly honored to have found Henry and Latoya.

I needed a local company to help me serve a woman who had just filed a perjurious restraining order that was dismissed. This time I was the person filing a restraining order because this person was upset with the judge and the outcome and decided to immediately harass and slander me via every social media platform possible. Since I Hadn’t had a relationship with this restrained person in 22 years and I didn't know where she lived or where she visited frequently, but call it two birds with one stone because google search helped me find Help-U-Serve and the restrained person's last known address.

Latoya and Henry the dynamic duo, on the third day of their stake out they found their mark, unbeknownst to them this person was very angry and aggressive and almost ran Latoya over after being served.

I didn't realize how dangerous serving someone legal documents could be because the movies always make a mockery of the process.

Latoya and Henry were extremely helpful and they were straightforward with what they needed from me and they were really down to earth without making any promises and they came through with the desired results.

The work that this company does and the cost doesn't add up correctly. They deserve more and with my appreciation of their hard work a tip with at least two zeros behind it was the least that I did but any future customer should do!!

I gave this company 5 stars, a tip, and a new slogan!-

Henry is the best. He went way above and beyond his scope of work to help me to serve this person. He actually tried to serve this guy over 15 times.His diligence on trying to catch this guy was amazing. It's very honest and very detailed on what he does. He called me and let me know everything that was going on at all times. So if you need somebody to get served use Help U serve. Henry and his sister Latoya are awesome. I will call again if I need services and I will recommend Henry and his team to anyone you needs this type of service.

As a process server myself, I would not use this business or refer anyone to this business ever. I contacted Henry, from our first telephone call he spoke over me, had something to say about everything. Additionally, I sent the documents with emergency orders to them and 6 days later I followed up. They claimed to have never received them and only because I called, did I get to discuss why they did not acknowledge my email. That is not anyway to do business.
I am a process server myself. When I receive limited information for a serve, that is what I get to serve with. Most people do not know anything about the other party. My client had all the information for the party and just because the information on what vehicle the party being served drove, they did not want to do it.
That is not a good way to do business especially when we are doing a service to the public. I serve people daily and with service like the service I received, I would have no clients. Henry or Latoya will probably respond saying none of this is the way it happened, however, the proof is in the pudding. I would not refer anyone to them ever!!!

When I contacted Help-U-Serve I spoke to Henry and he clearly explained the process to serve someone. After deciding to move forward and engaging with H-U-S in the afternoon, a few hours later, the service was complete!! I was really surprised and pleased that he got it done so quickly. My proof of service was emailed the next day and a hard copy was received the following day. Highly recommend.
