My husband and I have been dealing with Ovation Tax Service in Los Angeles for over two years to no resolve. They don’t communicate, they made promises they never kept and we are still accruing lots of interest on our, already “out of control” tax issues. We have paid them almost $3000 and that money could have gone to pay down our tax liabilities. The IRS also placed a tax lien on our home after being with Ovation over a year and we now have more tax liabilities than we started with. I am so tired of waiting on them. They will promise to be more transparent with us and then, nothing. We have not spoken with anyone from Ovation in 5 months and we continue to get notices about the tax lien on our home that we were trying to prevent when we hired them over 2 years ago. Now we have all of the initial tax problems plus the tax lien against our property. So dissatisfied with Ovation and would not recommend anyone to them! Signed, Really Dissappointed!

Ovation Tax is good and fair. We had to make some major change requests after hiring them and they were very accommodating and refunded our full amount. They laid out my options fairly and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was little worried when Ovation Tax Relief had me speak with an IRS agent but thankfully we were able to figure out my problem was only from 1 year and after hiring make sure that year wouldnt be an issue. It took 1 year but in the end my problem was resolved. Thank you Ovation.

Update: had a gentlem call me yesterday to let me know the guy that called about the large AMT of money did not explain well. It's a baby sitting fee to make sure I do all correct in the future. I am with an accountant so no more extra fees . They dropped them and wanted done. I will add that the younger staff are not the way the big wigs work. They are polite and understanding and are addressing the issues listed below. I do appreciate the help they have done and work they are doing to improve.

They lie was told one fee. now on a finance call to be approved for almost what I owe to pay more . Now u pay interest on a loan u never thought was happening also was told one AMT. And interest was not included in the AMT.
Found out about interest on call to be approved for more than what they just told me not two minutes before
This has been the a very eye ?️ opening experience and if u express upset they wanna bail on you and contract.
make u feel like u need to beg them to go forward Oh and absolutely do not ask questions ❓ u will be out on hold world till whenever. Ignored and made to feel like they do not have to answer these stupid questions we will just bail and not do it. Not feeling like really out to help anyone but themselves
