I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and was referred to Elite Law Group through a family member. I could not be happier with my decision. Debbie was able to help me find the guy who hit my vehicle and drove off by the license plate remnants that were left behind on my vehicle. She not only helped me with opening the claim, but also made sure I was placed in a rental vehicle and all repairs were done in a timely manner. Very Unprofessional Law Group.

I was rear ended and at the time I explained to the attorneys that the damage is not a lot and confirmed if they can help me with the case.

They took my case knowing all the facts and then dropped it after receiving a letter from Mercury.

They did not even bother to let me know that they have dropped the case. This firm is highly unprofessional.

I have a series of time line and each time I had to follow up with them. Its been exact 3 months today since my accident and they have dropped my case more than 2 weeks ago, but I am getting to know it today only after I made a follow up call.

When my Statement was to be recorded, attorney asked me to come 30 to 45 minutes prior to the appointment time so that we can discuss the case.

Upon my arrival, I called her after I reached outside her Suite, she was not even in the office & did not bother to answer my call.

I was then guided by a different attorney who had no knowledge of my case.

At the time of consultation, many promises were made including that we fight for you. Not once, multiple times I have to follow up and each time they had no response other than that she has left a message for Adjuster.

This office does not fight for your rights, they probably only take cases which are guaranteed win and for those, you don't even need an attorney. Save your money and fight for your rights yourself or hire another attorney. As, if the other party at fault does not want to pay, this office will not fight for you!!
