I was referred to 911 Legal Team through a good friend after I had a really bad car accident when I was a passenger in an Uber.

I did a lot of research online and had a few consultations with different law firms that specialized in personal injury accidents and I the reason I chose to go with 911 Legal Team was because I felt like I had personalized attention and service from the lawyer herself. The other personal injury law firms seemed like more of a mill where I either didn't get to speak the the lawyer themselves or I felt like they were more car salesman like.

I'm happy I decided to go with 911 Legal Team because I feel like my lawyer was handling my case personally for the duration of the case. Also when talking to some other people I know who got nickeled and dimes on attorneys fees and costs, 911 Legal Team didn't do the same. They waived most of their costs as a courtesy and they negotiated with my medical providers to reduce my bills, resulting in me being able to get more money in my pocket at the end of the case.

I hope I never need to deal with another car accident but if I do and I am injured, I know I will go straight to 911 Legal Team.

Dorsay is an awesome lawyer. If she handles your case, it will be her handling all substantive aspects of your case, with the help of her case manager, Melanie, doing just that, assisting. This is not a mill. The attorney (not assistant) handles all important aspects of the case herself. I learned so much about auto accidents and pursuing a personal injury case as she was very patient and thorough in explaining the lengthy processes. Insurance companies are incredibly aggravating to deal with, so it's nice to have a trusted space to drop off your case/burden and pick up your money at the end of it all.
