I cannot list enough superlatives about the professionalism of Attorney Joshua Tucker. Mr. Tucker has helped me through a very difficult tenant/landlord eviction dispute for the past two and a half years. He has also assisted me in coping with an associated problem caused by the incompetence of a previous attorney.

My difficulty with bad tenants began in December 2017. Initially my property manager provided me with an attorney to litigate my tenant difficulty. I lost confidence in that attorney and hired a new one on my own. I will name that attorney Ms. Smith. This attorney demonstrated an incompetence and carelessness that created further legal and financial difficulties for me in dealing with the recalcitrant tenants. I sought a new attorney and contacted Mr. Tucker for help. He immediately pointed out the legal flaws and outright negligence of the actions of attorney Smith. Unravelling the legal chaos created by Ms. Smith was a daunting task. With diligent professionalism, close adherence to the laws governing tenant/landlord litigation and simply caring, Mr. Tucker straightened out the harm created by the previous attorney Ms. Smith, and was successful in finally evicting the tenants. After the eviction, the tenants brought a small claims suit against me. With Mr. Tucker's preparation, I prevailed in that suit. The tenants appealed. Mr. Tucker was able to personally represent me in that appeal and we prevailed again. If it hadn't been for the shrewd detection of a legal maneuver that the tenants used against me prior to the trial, I would likely have not won my case. The tenants used many groundless legal tactics to achieve success during the eviction process. Mr. Tucker thwarted them all.

Mr. Tucker has quickly responded to all of my e-mail and phone inquiries promptly. Every month, he has provided me with a detailed invoice of his services. His fee's were most reasonable.

I will comment further on my previous attorney Ms. Smith. Due to the incompetence in the way she handled my eviction litigation, I filed a letter of complaint against her with the BAR. The BAR saw merit in my complaint and has taken on the case for trial. This will occur in August. Due to my confidence in the professionalism of Mr. Tucker, I have requested his assistance as I present my complaint against Ms. Smith to the BAR when it comes up for trial in August.

Prior to my above stated legal issues, I've had little experience with attorneys. I didn't know what makes a good one and what makes a bad one. I now know. Mr. Tucker is the best. He brings pride, professionalism, expertise and above all, honesty to Jurisprudence. I will make a copy of this review and forward it to the BAR association.

This guy knows nothing about laws or tenants rights and he seems to feel it's good business to work for SLUM LORDS. He also has NO IDEA how to SERVE papers to tenants. He also does not know oe what a PROOF OF SERVICE IS. And he represents Domus property management who is a SLUM LORD and I got the pictures of thr BUGS and TRASH to PROVE IT.....Mr TUCKER I don't think you even know what a SLUM LORD IS. WHEN YOU GOT BUGS EVERYWHERE and trash in door ways and the " trash room" and fire extinguishers missing and the manager and landlord DONT CARE and still RAISES THE RENT to pay STAFF tht don't DO ANTHING that IS a SLUM lord. thank you very much
