Mr. Stephens has been providing estate advice for my family since the 1990's. I recently had a new trust created by him to replace my out-of-date trust along with any other documents, such as various medical directives, needed for both me and my wife. I also opted to have Protective Inheritance Trusts for some of my beneficiaries. During the planning process he identified the fact that I needed a new title to my home and took care of submitting the proper paperwork to the recorder and forwarding to me the new title.
