Under the undue influence of financial predators, my elderly father made three revisions to the living trust he and my deceased mother had agreed to. County and state agencies were negligent in being of any assistance, even to the point of dismissing the financial predators' unlawful actions and suspicious behavior surrounding the cause of death of three of my family members whose deaths the predators would profit from.

I and my family sought help but quickly learned that law enforcement is not always interested in enforcing the law and many attorney firms that advertise themselves as “experts in the field of undue influence” are not as knowledgeable or engaged in this area as they claim. We encountered more than a few attorney firms that are only interested in taking cases that promise to be easy, quick, and involving estates of several millions of dollars. Serial financial predators are aware of this, which is why they target middle class families who cannot afford to hire legal representation.

We learned of the law firm of Albertson and Davidson and contacted them. Within 24 hours, Kayla Wilke responded to our inquiry and scheduled a free consultation with founding firm member Keith Davidson. A few days later, firm member Gian Ducic-Montoya followed up with a meeting to comb through the details of our case. Both Keith and Gian demonstrated both expertise in the field of undue influence as well as empathy and compassion for clients who have been disappointed in the system, betrayed by family members, and further victimized by law enforcement.

Even though our case would be considered a small one, paralegals Kayla Wilke and Susan Bond consistently and efficiently served our case with attention to every minute detail, swift responses to our every inquiry, and exemplary professional yet personable and timely communications.

Our family is not wealthy. We work hard for our money, every penny. Rather than hoard savings, we are all prone to give it away to those in need. In good faith (and as a last resort) we signed on with Albertson and Davidson who took our case on a contingency agreement.
