Patrick never informed me that the judge's final decision was filed in the previous month and he never gave me a certified copy of the divorce decree. Patrick has been withholding the judge's decision paperwork from me, and based on how he treated me for years, it was done intentionally and only for monetary gain if I accepted his high billing rate. I received the judge's decision paperwork from the opposite party via email 18 days after the filing, and there's a 30-day window to satisfy all court orders. This left me scrambling to send deliverables, driving to the DMV for answers, coordinating with financial institutes with urgency, stressed due to pressure. Patrick has added date-specific falsified charges to previous billing statements that didn't even exist on those dates, for extra money. He retracted those charges when he was caught. To the current clients of Patrick O'Kennedy, go find a quality lawyer you can trust and remove Patrick from representation. To Patrick's potential clients, you need to find a higher quality, trustworthy lawyer who won't play games with your case file, who won't deliberately support the opposite party by explaining court processes and courtroom logistics via email communication while you pay for those email expenses, who won't cause a mess on your paperwork submitted to the judge with hand written sentences and scratched out errors written in a courthouse cafeteria (not formally at his office) while displaying a "who cares" mentality, who won't ghost you via phone call returns, who won’t need to pay for consecutive, glowing 5-star reviews to create a false narrative about his business for monetary gain, and who won't stiff you by withholding important, time-sensitive paperwork and announcements regarding the judge's final decision. Stay away from Patrick and go find a trustful lawyer who will take your divorce case seriously.

Been with Patrick and Martha for a few years. I fully paid an expensive bill, from his law office, within 1 day after it was issued and used certified mail. The service is for showing up a trial setting conference months later (he billed me well before performing the service). Next month, I received another billing statement from their law office deliberating stating that I never paid the expensive bill, and it had a different statement code on it. Checked with my bank, received copies of banking paperwork proving my check was authorized and funds reached Patrick O'Kennedy's bank account before the 2nd statement was issued. Called their law office and ofcourse everyone is busy, couldn't take the call, and never called me back. Patrick and Martha knew what they were doing (falsely claiming I never paid an expensive bill and issued another bill) and it was intentional. Obviously they are trying to have this false bill sent to collections, to spike my 800+ credit score. Originally, when I first handed my retainer fee check to Patrick years ago, he literally had a layer of dirt under his finger nails which was visible, didn't keep professional, shook my hand while his head turned the opposite direction away from me, and gave me very negative body language/expression from a distance when I was leaving his law office for the first time. After he obtained larger sums of my money for services, he continued unprofessionally (talked about asians, about his divorced wife, later never brought me back for office visits, sided with the opposite party a few times), and said discriminating statements at me a few times face to face. Martha as well had negative comments about me over the phone. His new YouTube business video can't be further from the truth in terms of behavior and how he treated me, my money, and my case (it's false advertisement). Not long ago, I received a high paying corporate position, and every consecutive month thereafter I was billed by their law firm and I paid each off. Before that position, no bills were issued. Obviously, Patrick uses surveillance on his clients and pinpoints when he can racket up the billing to obtain their money. Do not consider Patrick/Padraig O'Kennedy (and Martha) for law services for any financial level. He will take your money, and immediately switch on you. Had a bad feeling years back about Patrick, and certainly regret it.

$250 to schedule appointment towards the 5k retainer for 45 min of "consulting" but they did not download the documents from occourts.org before appointment it was a waste for me personally. if you do retain him make sure you are in person with documents for him to review or download and send it to him before appointment.
