Katie handled my divorce dealing with a very difficult ex spouse who refused to cooperate. Katie kept me in the loop on everything she was doing and had my divorce handled in a timely manner even during COVID. She is knowledgeable and responsive and has great customer service. She did not represent me, however she was completely bias and does not have the best interest of children.. she had never spoken to my daughter in my home or while she was in my custody.. my daughters dad found her in 2014 and he basically had his attorney and her as well.. I believe to truly know what the best interest of a child is you have to see her in both homes. Not make assumptions that one is better than the other. A child needs both parents and its clear that in her eyes she picks a side and let's that cloud her judgment. I have put up with her for 7 years! So I know what I'm talking about. Update: 8 years and counting! And she's still as bias as they come. It should be clear if a man calls dhr and all are non indicated they shouldn't get their child because clearly they are unstable, but in lee county that's the best interest of the child.
