I am going on almost 3 years in Family court. My first attorney did nothing for me even after a really bad situation she let many things slide. I came to Mr. Morse as an emotional, defeated mother just trying to protect her children. Mr. Morse had me in tears more than once in the beginning but as time went on I realized he was helping me see clearly. I am now a strong mother that is not intimidated or bullied into anything. A large part of that is because I know Mr. Morse is there to support me. He is very honestly, realistic and cares. He understands the courts and If something is not going to work he will not let you waste your time. He has shown me it’s a process. A long process but keep fighting. He will fight if he knows your in 100% as well. I am so thankful to have him on this roller coaster ride and would recommend him 10000%.

I highly recommend Neil Morse for your legal needs.
I had a messy and complex case. Neil’s experience and knowledge was necessary in this case. He’s straight forward and will tell you all your options. He guided me through the whole process and gave me peace of mind which is definitely needed when going through life issues like this. I can’t say enough great things about Neil and his Paralegal Jamie. She’s always kept me updated and and definitely worked hard on my case. When I tell you my case was handled with the utmost professionalism, that would be an understatement. Neil's understanding of the law, as it pertained to my case, far surpassed all of my expectations. He, and the staff, took the time to fulfill explain everything pertaining to my case. Mr Morse represented me on a speeding ticket. He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than just take my $500 bucks what a joke. He didn’t even try to contest if the radar was calibrated or anything, we literally went into are very 1st court and he just plead guilty for me. Which I could have done myself save your money or go to some other lawyer he fits the stereotypical money hungry lawyer. Even the CHP officer was clowning on me for that.

Only had a consultation, first thing he started at me with questioning my intelligence as if i do t know what my eyes see making me feel like a criminal. Automatically jumping to conclusions and he didn't even hear me out all the way. Tennenbaum referred this place and after not even hearing the half of my issues, morse gave an excuse like he doesn't have time and his attitude totally changed . He acted as if he already figured out things and there was much much more I hadn't told him. He hung up on me...Totally bogus
