They advertise Workers Compensation attorneys, but did not accept my case. I never applied for this before but I was hoping for some representation. He was not sincere or honest with me. I asked the other Partner, Schmidt, a question in the hallway and Rocha's answer was the opposite of what Schmidt said. I would not recommend this particular law firm.

I work with Kelli Schmidt for16 or so months. Kelly's going to begin to tell you all these wonderful things that she can do for you. I want you to keep in mind they're only getting 15%. They're not going to work your case as if you were paying them out of pocket or as if they were getting 30% or more. I found myself still involved in a lot of the decisions with Worker's Comp. Also find myself endlessly calling Kelly to remind her of things.I suppose getting 15% you have to have a lot of clients and I want to really make a living. I think the clients that are really important are all of them. I'll tell you what I really appreciated the paralegals they did all of the work made multiple decisions and conducted themselves extremely professional .
Kelly showed up for court late I'm prepared as a result of that I still received monthly payment from S CIF. Later she promised that she tried to get them to buy out my medical which he failed to do as another risotto being unprepared.. Once again Kelli never followed up with me . If you're reading this and you're smart you can go down to the Worker's Comp. building get the proper paperwork submitted yourself an advocate for yourself. You're wasting time and energy dealing with Kelli because she's lazy . I needed support and I was dealing with the paralegal I yelled at him and of course the result was they didn't want to deal with me any longer and they terminated my case. The only thing that was left was the for Kelli to advocate for me to buy back my medical.My case was already settled. When I say she's lazy she wasn't aware of most of the medical problems that were going on with me when I called to talk to her . If you're smart you'll go out and work with the regular attorney not someone that knows the state system minutes advocating like Rocha and Schmidth.

My beloved husband was badly injured at work in the beginning of 2014.

FJB had spent most of his adult life in some capacity of the transportation/delivery/service industry. He was in the prime of a career he had toiled at for more than a decade, often spending a month or more at a time, away from home, long-hauling it.
