If you’re looking for an experienced, reasonably priced and extremely professional lawyer, look no further. Scarlett and her team are simply the best. Before choosing Leiva’s firm, I have spoken to several other immigration attorneys - I have a somewhat difficult case and wanted someone experienced and reliable. I had horrible experiences with other attorneys and felt pretty discouraged about my immigration case. That is when I found Leiva Law Firm. Scarlett was willing to work with us, despite the difficulties of the case. Her expertise and professionalism blew my mind so much that I decided that I wanted to hire her within our very first phone call.
My spouse and I were very confused about the whole immigration process (what documents to submit, how to fill out forms, etc), but at Leiva Law Firm, we were granted access to a very convenient and easy to follow portal on a separate website. We simply answered the questionnaire, submitted all documents and Betty (paralegal) took care of the rest. This was a game changer for us and made our lives much easier (I no longer had to stare at USCIS website and panic, yay). My green card arrived in the mail within 5 months, no interview and no request for additional evidence from USCIS.
