From the front office staff, Paralegal Anne to working with Attorney Michelle all have been professional, responsive, listen to my concerns and deliver. Some of my biggest concerns with a law firm is timely responses, attention to detail and over billing. I have been incredibly happy with the work Penna Coker has completed for me and have not had any of these issues. The billing is transparent, easy to understand and reasonable. Anne does incredible work eliminating the need for edits, redos and over emailing (which typically means, more money). Michelle was able to bring a fair resolution in my legal matter that I am very pleased with. I highly recommend Penna Coker and would use them again in the future.
