Let me say first I truly wish I could leave 10 Stars.

I am writing this letter in regards to Joseph Montgomery, Esq. Mr. Montgomery and his entire team were professional and extremely
Efficient in taking care of the problem that I was having with the Nursing School that I had attended. Even though I was one of the top students in my class and I had totally paid off my entire program tuition, the school’s director of nursing (DON) would not send my name in to the Florida Board of Nursing (FBON), (Even though she had twice in writing indicated that she was going to send my name to FBON).

I was very disappointed that after paying $20,000+ tuition that I could not get my name forwarded to FBON to FINALLY sit for the NCLEX exam to attain my Nursing License. But I give ALL gratitude to GOD for having been referred to the Montgomery Law Office.

During my initial consultation, Mr. Montgomery intently listened and indicated that I had every right to take legal action and he agreed to take the case.

Within 10 days, Mr. Montgomery had successfully negotiated with the school’s DON attorney to have my name submitted to the FBON. His firm only took 10 days and I had tried for 6 months by myself.

It was a HUGE blessing that I had Mr. Montgomery represent me. Thanks to Mr. Montgomery and his team, I was able to take my Nursing boards! I am pleased and proud to say that I passed the NCLEX boards after ONLY 87 questions and I am now officially a Registered Nurse (RN).

Needless to say, I strongly recommend Mr. Montgomery and his Law Team for anyone who needs educational legal help. Without the services of Montgomery Law group I would still be waiting.

I was very hesitant to hire a atty as I didnt want to be "That parent" and I was concerned on wasting money I didnt really have. My son is a typical middle schooler and I was having issues with him failing and the school not taking it serious blaming it on COVID, ADD and my sons attitude (All valid however still needs an education to survive ) I had several IEP meetings, sat endless with my son thru homework, groundings, incentives. I have done it all. When the school passed him to 8th grade when I tried to hold him back, I was done. I reached out to Mary. THIS IS WORTH IT!!!! The school was deficient in its services. My son now receives services I didnt know existed. My son feels better about himself due to grades which is priceless. Mary is still working with us to get the best for him but in a short time, there has been a major change. I received 1 on 1 tutoring thru the summer. If you are reading this and in that "Im not sure" space, please know I was there and have no regrets. You are your child's best advocate and you need to team up with Montgomery law for results.
