The forms were barely filled out and hardly any work was done. Mary seems like a nice person, it's unfortunate that I have to file a complaint against her. I'm unsure how to advise you on preventing this from happening, as these contracts are paid upfront, leaving no incentive for the work to be completed. Others would probably give this an one-star.
