I used Founders Legal for a patent search and really appreciated Al's help and enthusiasm for our search. He went above and beyond in explaining things and did a great job on the search.
They only get 4 stars for their pricing and delayed billing. The upfront cost of the search was straight forward however I received a bill two months after their last email, which itself was a month after my last contact with them. Had I known they would be charging for that meeting I would have skipped it as it was a sales pitch for moving forward.
That said, I'd consider them for actual patent work in the future as they seemed knowledgeable and well organized.

The intake process was great. They listen and set up a 15min consultation. They follow up with email and text to remind you of your appointment. I liked the fact if you needed to reschedule you could because life does happen. But I kept my appointment.

Zachary Eyster was the attorney I was connected. He called on my appointed time which was great. I shared with him what I was needing. He gave me great advice. He listened, showed compassion and just a great overall experience.
