Charged $2,223 to process ACA forms for under 100 employees. Turns out they provide a spreadsheet for you to do the work yourself and submit it to them. Reached out to the support team multiple times for assistance and was ignored, so I did the forms myself. I requested a refund of the fee and all of a sudden they wanted to talk. She said she would get back to me on the refund request 2.5 months ago and, again, they forgot how to use their phone and email.
