I contacted C T Corporate in Florida to confirm whether or not they are still actively a registered agent for a corporation which Sunbiz reflects to be two years behind in annual reports. Unlike other registered agents, the representative from C T refused to confirm or deny whether or not they are still a registered agent for the corporation and advised I could only rely on the Sunbiz.org site. Very disappointing.

This is an outfit which holds itself out to be a provider of legal services but in fact it is nothing more than a criminal enterprise. You can get the same services elsewhere for 1/20th the price. I plan to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Delaware. CT exists for no other reason than to wtry to extort money from Corporations and LLCs in exchange for providing absolutely minimal services.
