Richard was the 3rd attorney I have had to represent me in an 8 year period through the Family Law court. His approach to this challenge was a complete 180 from what was previously used and failed. I do not recommend his services to anyone. I turned to him for help in completing the financial disclosure process. I have said several times that I need to complete this process. But Richard, for some reason, re-filled out those forms that were already in the case and said to send them to the court as soon as possible. He did all this over the phone. He forgot to ask me some information and called back again for which he took money from me. I took the forms to court like he said. But some time later, the court returned them to me with a request to complete the process of disclosing financial information. It turns out I paid the money just like that, my problem was not solved. Plus, additional money was taken for the second call, which I did not ask for. Very unprofessional lawyer.
