Had the worst experience with Lawyers Title - San Carlos. They missed a detail because the guy we were working with (Ron DeChaine) was on vacation and he probably had no back up (atleast thats the excuse he gave us). So they did not do their due diligence. They actually allowed the loan to be funded and then asked for it to be refunded. And all this happened on the very last day. Its really a poor company with the worst customer service too. I would advice you to stay clear of them .

They prepared the loan document on a real estate transaction and the loan document was full of errors. They claimed it was because the transaction was close to holidays and that was why they made mistakes.
