My experience was great! I have been to other eviction lawyers in the past in San Diego and was not treated with kindness like with the office of Franco Simone. Evictions can be very stress full and scary and this office won my case and recuperated rent owed from bad tenants. Very professional staff and best of all they have bilingual staff who help us so much. Recomiendo oficina de Franco Simone!

The receptionist Janet is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Your comment back clearly indicates you did not listen to the phone interaction. I was left on hold for several minutes, and when I asked for clarification on the matter I was told you would not be available to answer my question period.

He said he would get a delinquent tenant out right away if he didn't pay rent yet no action was taken and the delinquent tenant is still getting away with not paying rent. Not only that, he allowed the delinquent tenant to apply his security deposit as rent when said tenant had already vandalized our property and has done even more vandalism since applying his security deposit as rent. Very unfortunate loss.
