My journey started over 2yrs ago after I was involved in a not at fault car accident. My car was totalled & at 1st I didn't suspect anything major injury-wise. However, over the weeks that followed the incident, I started noticing tightness & pains in my neck/shoulders/back and quickly found myself lost & scared as to what to do. Having no experience ever dealing with any sort legal battle, the thought of getting a lawyer intimidated me beyond believe. I felt like pursuing anything was against my moral compass and I didn't want anyone to get hurt in the process. But over time (and with a lot of advice/guidance) I came to understand the role that insurances play and that I was the one that was truly being hurt in this process.
