I was arrested back in 2012 and after serving my sentenceIce I was held by Ice ready to be deported. I have a felony and not only did she help me with my immigration case but she help guide my criminal attorney into getting me a shorter sentence. A lot of people told me I wasn’t going to be able to get out of that detention center, that the judge wouldn’t grant me bail because of the felony I had but Erika was able to bail me out. Since then she’s not only help me stay in the United States with my kids but I’m one step closer to getting my green card. She’ll never give up, shell always fight for me and for that I’m very thankful. For anyone thinking about hiring her don’t hesitate she can help you and she won’t give up on you.

I want to thank Erika Vejar. For helping my dad’s case with 3 active felonies from 19years ago & for finding a solution in how to work with the DA’s and the judge to convince them that my dad is no criminal, he simply made a mistake in trying to provide for his family when we were younger .
Also for helping him with his immigration case & helping him get his permission to work here in U.S ..

Now his felonies were dropped down to misdemeanors and only having to do 5 days of community service !

Vejar took $1500 from my dad has not helped or kept us updated on nothing. Was over charging on everything so we had to get another attorney that could help and get on my dad's case.

Very bad experience with this law office
Lawyer Erika Vejar said this words to me: "it does'n matter what I have to do Mr. Velasquez, to get you the "TPS" I will do it, but I will get you the "TPS"
The only thing she did was sending my application a few times.
Once I finish paying her, She forgot about it.
After a year I call back to check my application status and they want me to pay and apply again .
Scam!!!! Scam!!!!
