After being denied from Social Security, I contacted Mr Phillips, the staff were very professional. They interviewed me and sent my information to Mr Phillips. He agreed to take my case, Jenna his assistant was there for me the entire time. Always returning my phone calls, and guiding me with the correct responses.
My case was approved, so thankful for their entire team.

If you want a lawyer that will be on vacation 2-3 months outta the year, and during those vacation times leave notes in his signature line authorizing extensions to your case without consulting you the Johns your guy. If you want a lawyer that you’ll have to call him every week to find out what he needs because he won’t tell you otherwise then johns your guy. If you want to reexplain your case every time you talk to him and for your lawyer to have no clue what’s in your files then johns your guy.

John should retire because he does NOT want to help his clients only himself. And his team will only know the last entries in your case and will not remember nor do they care about your entire history

I don’t think it’s possible to find a more passionate and engaged attorney. I’m thankful to Mr Phillips and his entire team for their tenacity, professionalism and kindness. I recommend him without hesitation. If you are in need of disability assistance, look no further.
