This office has caused some serious anguish in my household. They don’t answer the phone. A staff member has told me that sometimes the phone “doesn’t ring.” Whether that was a lie or not, I do not know. I have filled out paperwork and it has sat waiting for 6 months, so it needed to be re-filed. Another 6 months pass. So I re-filed again. Their excuse was being short staffed. They have told me this multiple times. I ended up having to pay thousands to hire a lawyer. Had a change in child support, and the office still entered the child support order in incorrectly. It has been months and it is still incorrect. They have even garnished money from my paychecks that was incorrect, and still have not returned the money back to me. I have called, I have emailed, I have come in person multiple times. They say the same thing every time and blame the Little Rock office. But when I call the Little Rock office, they say it’s not in their control. I feel like I’m being treated like a criminal and these are people’s lives that are being messed with.

If I could give 0 starts i would. I called because I wanted to know why I kept getting mail from them. While I was trying to figure things out the lady (I should’ve asked her name but I was in shock) thought she muted her self & was talking to her coworker or someone about my case. Very rude & unnecessary. If u want people to cooperate I would try being open minded in the situation & not assume that everyone is trying to “rob/use” the government. I should make a report on the worker to the company for being so unprofessional. Lady’s that seem miserable should NOT be working in the office. Show some more respect!

I have been dealing with this office for almost 10 years and it seems to be getting worse every year that goes by. I have not had a case worker dedicated to my case for years. I get the run around every time I call and the staff just seem very uninterested and rude. I have had to use a private attorney to get anything done because they are just really unhelpful.

I filed JUNE of last year still waiting. This office is so unstaffed that when you finally get someone on the phone or go in person they are mad you are even bothering them. Please get them some help so they can have a better day and not take it out on the mothers/fathers just trying to get help.

They don't even answer the phone. They'll only call you if you're late. They aren't case workers. They're collectors. That's it.

Spoke to Joy on the phone about modifying my child support and she was completely disrespectful. She didn't hear me on the things I wanted. They stated that my daughter was not in child care in Feb 2023 and I have them all the proof they needed to show that it was not correct. They didn't listen, didn't help, and blamed me even though they had the proof in their hands. Completely disrespectful. She is the worst person I've ever spoke with. I don't not recommend this facility.

Avoid calling this office at all cost, the staff is clueless. Call the Little Rock regional office for support.

For a paid service this location lacks the motivation & care to process applications & handle each human with respect. All I heard was excuses & blame placed on others. This is what we as consumers receive for requesting assistance from government programs. Alls I can rly say at this point, if you want something done, try doing it yourself first.. this place needs to do better or the staff should find a new career due to their lack of skill & empathy towards their callers.
