Please do not use this bankruptcy attorney. I sincerely beg you do NOT use his services. Mark will take your money and not return your calls. I unfortunately have to take him to small claims court because of this. This is a waste of my time all because he could not do his job that I hired him for.

Mark helped us make it through a very difficult situation. We were overwhelmed with unmanageable debt. We had judgments, a wage garnishment and almost every phone call was another collector. He carefully listened to us, and then explained our options. Chapter 7 was the right choice for our situation, and he filed it very quickly.
