I came here to pick up a package. After it arrived I was unable to retrieve it, due to there poor service and horrible communication skills, for 10 days. I received my confirmation from the the shipper that my package arrived but SNS Postal stated my package was not there. Turns out they never looked for it. I recommend you go somewhere else.
The hours on Google are also wrong. I drove here on a Monday morning at 11am and lights were off and door was locked.

If you want to come out and have a bad day,, come here

Right when I was walking up to the store, immediately I was starred down by the owner
I told her what I wanted, she told me to email her.

I emailed her about 3-4 times and she told me that she did not get it.. at this point, I can tell she just didn’t want to help me
She told me to go to Office Depot and that she didn’t want to take me anymore
What did I do?
All I needed was to print something for my passport
Her and her co worker just starred me down the whole time
Karma is real, Every moment of your life and everything happening around you is the result of some past karma.
& being 80 with health problems is not an excuse to treat people horribly.

Bad customer service. Got yelled at on the phone when all I did was ask (calmly) for shipment confirmation. Being 80 years old and having health issues isn’t an excuse to treat people terribly, especially when you work in a role that’s very customer-oriented. Please, do better
