TL;DR - They couldn't find the address and never made any attempts to serve, then dropped the case as they were too busy and wouldn't give even a partial refund.

David charged me $70 for a plan stating 4 attempts to serve would be made within 1 week, then charged an additional $25 to run a skip trace.

After a week I reached out after no updates and was told the address didn't provide a building number and so he wouldn't be able to serve them. I went to the address myself and immediately found the apartment, Google maps takes you right to the front of the correct apartment building and there are large signs on each building showing the unit numbers.

I let David know this and even sent pictures to help him find the apartment, but he then told me he was 'too swamped with other work' and would be dropping the case.

No attempts to serve were made and almost 2 weeks had passed at this point but he still felt he deserved the entire $95 fee and wouldn't give even a partial refund. The plan I purchased stated 4 attempts to serve would be made within 1 week but according to David this is only a suggestion.

A 2nd process server had no trouble finding the apartment and even charged me $20 less than David.

So happy we went with this company to have court paperwork served. David was very communicative and requested additional information to ensure service was completed. We opted for same day service and he located the person within hours . David provided us video evidence of service and the Return of Service form promptly. Highly recommend this service, fair priced and got the job done!

I tried to hire this company to process court papers because they are listed as process servers. I was then contacted by some other company called Digital forensics and told that they would not serve the papers for me. So don't bother contacting them if you need papers processed. They don't do that work.
Also don't bother going to the address listed for them, it's just their post office box.
Very shady. Stat away.

David did a really good job serving a very hard person to serve. The individual does not keep normal hours and does not have a home address. David got the job done and I appreciate it very much. Hopefully I never have to go through this process again, but if I do I will immediately contact David again.

What an absolute LEGEND. This was a very scary process for me, and David did his part very well. He was very easy to talk to, he texted with ?'s and communications, used technology to make the process easy, he works longs hours, and went the extra mile to get our defendants served. It was such a smooth process that I feel like I want to sue more people, just to support him. Hopefully that feeling passes. 10/10 would recommend
