This place is horrible. Paid ever single cent owed and then some! I overpaid and yet I received a check from them for the overpayment but been fighting to gwt my release letter for a month and a half. Guess I'm gonna ha e to gwt an attorney to deal with them. Shady folks I'd say. Seems as if they are the crooks.

Very helpful and understanding. Alice was very nice every time I spoke with her. Of course no one wants to deal with collections but because of my own irresponsibility I ended up receiving a lawsuit. I was able to set up a payment plan and fulfill my obligations without ever having to spend a day in court.

Poor customer service they receptionist is very rude no apology from management Angela who said she is hr, payroll , the company admin. She said she pretty much do everything around there but she couldn’t give the information that was needed for any question I asked her. This company needs be shut down they don’t like African Americans at all. I hate to even say this tbh. Just don’t care about anything I only called to see if I had a debt that was real before I send my money smh

Unlike many other reviewers, I had a good experience! I only spoke with Ms.Hicks when I called and she was nice each time. I was able to pay a deposit on my account and then was placed on an affordable payment plan.. I made one monthly payment but decided I'd be better off paying the balance in full rather than have interest accumulate & make my balance increase despite having paid on it.. I paid the balance in full (it wasn't cheap but worth it) & received my receipt & satisfaction of judgment letter in the mail a few days later!

I have had to get an attorney because they don't return calls the reps or supervisor. Even the receptionist is rude so I guess it will take a suit in order to get someone to find out what's going on. I have over paid a bill and they still haven't let up.

My debt was turned over to them. Called to request a copy of the agreement for payment arrangements she told me she couldn’t send it because I haven’t been honoring the amounts. Then expressed I was taking care of my deceased sister kids and needed to move into something bigger and cheaper she told me I should not buy a house and pay the collection auto account because it was more important. Had gap insurance with the company they didn’t pay the full amount. Someone with no insurance hit my car and totaled it.

OK so they are a debt collecting company. I'm sure not a fun job. Of course I owe a lot so they had to sue me. But these people were so nice. They did not treat me as if I was this horrible person. The lady Ginger who does the collections is amazingly nice. I feel so comfortable now getting my issues resolved. Most debt companies treat you with harsh words and do not try to work with you but they do. I will be happy to do business with them and hopefully don't ever have to go through debt again.
I will make sure they are the first debt collector I pay.

I understand their job, I also work in the collection field so I know... but there are ways you talk and treat people , The worse collection company I‘ve ever dealt with. Tammy needs to be fired due to her having a really rude attitude very unprofessional person everyone else I have spoken with has been very understanding and very sweet to me.
