They handled creating my LLC. I felt Mr. Scott was personable and listed to my business goals. The price for creating the LLC was very fair, and I was thankful to have his guidance. Lack of attention to detail and just a joke of an attorney office, take your business elsewhere for professionalism…. I had to deal with this company due to a bill, so I called and took care of it explained if I could get $100 off due to another company fixing it properly as I felt the other company didn’t do anything besides bandaid it and broke again. So conversing with Scott and Heenan LLC, the front desk attendant wasn’t sure even after the name, the company, the money owed, and address she couldn’t find it. Then she finally did I explained what I’d like to do and if not I’ll pay and be done. She said she’ll call me back….. month later, no call or contact. Besides a letter stating you have 15 days to pay. So I called and let her know Ill pay it be done. Yet again she couldn’t figure out where this was after all the details. After finding it, I asked her did you even ask them in return if they will take $100 off I’ll pay in full. She went quiet. She said well I remember you saying that but I’ll ask them. So she didn’t. Therefore made the matters worse before it got out of hand. Unbelievable and lack of service and attention. Do your job!
