Based on an industry referral, I contacted Brian to file suit against finance company and a student loan processor During consultation Brian agreed to represent me. He stated that he needed 1500 retainer fee for each suit filed. He stated those funds would cover court filing fees .r He stated that he would be compensated by including attorneys fee as damages and would be paid by lender. Once retainer was paid, my phone calls, text and emails went unanswered. Voice mail was not activated to receive messages.. When I finally reached him, Brian stated that he was not going to spend years working my case. He instead offered to work on deleting items from my credit report instead. He accused of looking for a windfall. I asked for a refund to which he stated he would calculate his fees and return any amount left over. I told him that he had no right to keep it because the service he was offering was not what I contracted or paid for and he hadn't done anythingy related. His response was to send me an invoice charging me for reading emails. Even the emails asking for updates and to contact me. Over $2500 that he says I owe him for reading emails. Now I find out that he is not licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. He contacted me today and said that if I continue to work with him he would rescind the charges, that they only applied if I terminated the contract.

Brian was professional in the beginning and he's very knowledgeable as well. His communication towards the end was horrible. After he has your money he will jot return calls or emails. I checked my credit report and after about 3 months all negative items were removed....then about 2 months later I went to buy a car and they said there was a repo there. I should have read the reviews before trusting this crook. He will take your money and then dissapear. You've been warned.

Do not hire this attorney I hired him to address accounts for myself and husband in December 2018. This gentleman enrolled me into a program, collected payment every month and never work on either of our credit files.

I attempted to reach him several times for a status update to which he never responded. He finally admitted after speaking with him that he indeed did not do any of the work that was agreed upon. I requested for immediate cancellation and am going to be pursuing legal action to recover a refund for services not rendered.

Took my client's money a year ago. Did not do the work. Claimed he doesn't save the paperwork (what lawyer doesn't save paperwork?) Hard to get a hold of. Never updated the account and was abusive to my client who suffers major military related PTSD. I am sure he will have someone retaliate and leave me a bad review too, apparently that's how he operates. Classless and no work ethic.

Hired him to help me repair my credit. Once I paid him it was hard to get in contact with him. I reached out a couple times and no response. I do not recommend him.

Pete Diggler

Paid Mr. Ponder in April. Mr. Ponder was suppose to file a motion for me. 9 months later and this motion is not filed. Mr. Ponder told me I fired him when I didn't. Mr. Ponder is a big con artist.
