Like dealing with bratty teenagers it was the most unprofessional group of people I think I’ve ever dealt with other than bad cops

Non-responsive/took 10 days to get any kind of response when I needed help right then/called emailed every day got crickets/lady in their office said they did not have enough people/I was already an established client/then stop taking new clients if you cannot handle existing clients/I did the whole eviction myself with zero help from these idiots/then I called, emailed, called emailed to sue the tenant for damages finally gave up heard not a word from this deficient so-called law firm.

Olivia is incredibly rude, hung up on my call the first time I reached out, I called back and had a nasty attitude because she was doing “time sensitive things”, which is understandable and I wouldn’t have minded if she asked to call back.
I’m trying to resolve things before we get to court, they refuse to take my payment and or speak to me or my husband.
I really feel like she has something personal going on and is letting it out at her job. She needs to reevaluate the way she speaks to people.

Highly disappointed with this firm.
Brought in documentation so they could help me with an eviction. Called them 4 different times…. no response at all ! The receptionist told me with every call I made she would e-mail the attorney and they would get back to me. I did not receive one response!
Have used this company for 15+ years…must be time for me to find a more qualified ..caring company that knows how to respond to clients!

This law office has the worst staff ever. They are in no way organized when it comes to dismissing a case. I had to call multiple times over the course of 6 months to get two cases dismissed by them because they “had no idea” about my case that they so clearly put against me. The only time they called me and were sure to answer was when i had to pay them. Kristi is the worst lawyer of them all!! She would never email me back or even answer her voicemails. Her receptionist Crystal was completely rude when trying to explain my situation.

I have had the opportunity to use SBWP for several evictions just recently. I felt they were awesome! Their entire staff is very knowledgeable, they responded quickly to questions, and they strive to provide good service. Their fees are clearly stated and are very reasonable. They are clearly on the landlord's side and very efficient. Thanks all.

This law firm sent out a letter stated that my wife owned their money. She never lived in the state they specified. She called them and asked why she received the letter. They couldn't answer why she got the letter and then transferred her to the voicemail. Unprofessional!

I used this firm many years ago and they were very helpful. I called for help with an eviction issue. Talked to Christine and at her request emailed the lease with the promise that an attorney will contact me. Never happened. After 3 days, I called and was told there may be a lease issue. I called another attorney, Mark Fenton. He took care of everything and problem solved. SWBP did nothing but sent me a bill for $110 for advise on lease language. News to me. I only got completely ignored. I hope you have better luck than I had.
