Mr. Aschenberg was great! I was going through changes to my custody agreement and child support. He was honest, fair, and extremely responsive. He is very calming but also doesn’t sugar coat anything. His staff was wonderful as well. I was extremely nervous and he walked me through how everything was going to work and what I could expect to happen. The process is always stressful, but it was great to have someone in your corner to help ease that stress. Him or his paralegal would always respond to my many questions very quickly. Jesse was not my lawyer. He represented the other party in my custody case. Throughout the duration of the litigation he and his client made false claims to try and reduce the amount of custody I had per week and at point told me -“he knows what kind of guy I am”

The investigator appointed by the state found zero supporting evidence of Jessie and his clients malevolent claims and as a result I have been rightfully awarded additional custody and proper concessions.
