I found the administrative side very frustrating in terms of getting an appointment. It took two days of texting back and forth with a staff member who never bothered to introduce themselves in the text. Their texts were littered with grammatical , mispelled words,and errors and a lack of punctuation. Furthermore, I had to ask the person three times which therapist I was meeting with for my first appointment before I got a straight answer. They also said they would email my intake paperwork to me, but I could not find it so I asked them where they sent it. They said they sent it to my email address that I gave them and that they would send it a second time. Keep in mind this entire conversation happened over two days of back and forth text messages.

I gave them until the next day and still did not see it so I called the office, on day three of initiating this process. That is when I found out the person I was texting did not spell my email correctly even though I had texted it to them and it is not a complicated email to spell. I also called because I had received a text for a 4pm MST appointment when I had previously been told the appointment would be at 6pm MST. I asked the staff member on the phone if they could confirm it was accurate. They said it was just a system error because they have a branch in Colorado and a branch in Florida. They told me I was correct about my appointment being scheduled for 6pm MST. I told them I live in Colorado and I thought this was odd because the text said my appointment was MST, not EST. The person on the phone insisted the time was correct anyway so I decided things must be okay. They sent my intake paperwork and an appointment link right away which I did appreciate.

The day when I finally went to the virtual waiting room to see the therapist, they were not listed in the staff directory which meant I could not access them using the portal. In other words, I did not get to see the therapist at all. I had previously posted a much angrier review about this, but since the office supervisor reached out to me afterward and apologized, I have updated my review so that is no longer a one star review. I appreciated the call, but I still believe the office staff should be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and organizational skills.

What is interesting is that the supervisor said I was sent a link for the Florida office, not the Colorado one. This means the person on the phone sent me a Florida link, even after I told them I live in Colorado.

Kelly and all the clinicians are great! We just started going as family with them and they are patient, supportive and flexible. They meet us where we are at and have listened to our concerns. If you are looking for a counseling services 10 out of 10 recommended!

Best counseling in the world! I am so thankful I came across them. Christa and Kelly are wonderful, my child and I enjoy our visits every time, they always manage to put a smile on our faces at the end of our session. Absolutely recommend seeing impact counseling.

I called a couple of times they answered once and then nothing... There were 2 cars parked in the parking lot but yet the doors were locked? I showed up at 11am to find the hours posted say open from 9am- 7pm with them being closed from 1pm-2pm for lunch.

Very happy with Kelly.
She's patient caring answers questions to the extent. Shes great at her game. If everyone is like Kelly I believe this will work out well for my family.

The first time I went my counselor did meet me at the door and Chris was a great counselor, and I was so sad to see him go. Well the next counselor they gave I don't even remember her name, she didn't make me feel comfortable or welcomed we sat there in silence for an hour, and I was going to quit coming to therapy. I do now have Florence and I like her, she is personable and makes you fill comfortable. The company needs a receptionist in the front though .
