Okay this is the only bad experience we have had thus far in the our attempt to build in Colorado. Can’t say it didn’t start out great. The guys they sent out to take the samples were great. Very professional and informative. We were told after samples were retrieved it would be six to eight weeks if we chose to let them design the concrete slab as well. That was 4 months ago. After a while we could barely get a response from them. We are trying to handle things from Georgia so it was very frustrating. Although the one response we always got was if we wanted to pay the expedited fee we could move up in the cue. As of yesterday we arrived in Colorado and got the same response. We decided to look elsewhere for an engineer and respectfully requested our results we had paid for so long ago and we could just part ways. Instead they issued a full refund and we get to start from scratch. Very professional! I’m just sorry I have to put one star to write a review!

Have been calling for a drainage report for over a week. Juanita the receptionist is rude, short on the phone. Can not give a straight answer. Has been telling me that I would be getting a call the next day every time I call. With no calls. Don't waste your time. Should have no the 1 star for reviews were accurate.

The company failed to provide a soils test 5 months after we paid the deposit. We followed up multiple times and could not get a commitment to a deadline. It would be an understatement to say this is the worst experience for professional service we've ever had. Make sure to check the BBB listing before engaging this company, they have a history of extremely poor service.
