Update: Shortly after posting this public review, I received a response from the owner (as seen below). The owner encouraged me to reach out to customer support—something I had already done—for further investigation. Nonetheless, I submitted another complaint the same day, as I believe being responsive and responsible is the least this company could do.

I am attaching the confirmation email I received after submitting my complaint through the link provided by the owner. According to this email, I was supposed to receive a response within three days. It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any response or communication from either the owner or Hilton.

This only further proves that Hilton and this specific hotel do not care about their guests' experiences. Their priority seems to be taking your money while merely pretending to care on public platforms.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. After a week-long trip exploring beautiful natural places, we were looking forward to a good night’s sleep before flying back home. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, we found it outdated and extremely dirty. There were hairs everywhere, especially on the bedding. The towels had visible stains, and the coffee maker was so filthy that we decided to skip using it altogether.

We tried turning on the TV to watch something before sleeping, but there was no signal. Upon checking, we found the cable appeared to be chewed! Exhausted, we decided to let it go, get through the night, and leave as early as possible the next morning.

Breakfast was very limited, but given the state of the room, we weren’t expecting much. At check-out, the front desk staff didn’t even ask how our stay was. I couldn’t hold back and shared how awful the room condition had been, showing her pictures I had taken. She was shocked, said the manager wasn’t available, and took photos of my pictures to share with them. She assured me the manager would call me shortly to discuss the matter, but that call never came.

A few days later, Hilton emailed me asking for feedback, as I had booked directly with them as a Hilton member. I detailed the issue, but no response was ever received. It’s now been over three months, and still, nobody has reached out to address the issue.

This experience was completely unacceptable. As a Silver Hilton member, I’m incredibly disappointed and feel that customer loyalty holds zero value for this company.

When we first got there and went up to our room the people above us were being extremely loud. We went to dinner thinking that maybe by the time we come back and won't be so bad Well we were wrong! Got back and it was a little bit later it was probably after 8:00 and they were still up there stomping around jumping I don't even know, Plus the toilet seat wasn't even all the way attached so it was super loose! So we had to go down and ask for a different room and the only thing that they had available was two queen when we originally had a king. So we said whatever we just want to be able to get some sleep got to our new room which was at least quiet so we were able to get some sleep. The beds are super uncomfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very cheap And you don't have a very good selection. Was disappointed because I was thinking at the Hampton at least we would be able to get a good breakfast and we weren't even able to get that. Didn't really have to interact with too much of the staff The one lady when we first got there was nice. But definitely will not be booking at any Hampton hotels from here on out extremely disappointed for what we paid for two nights It just was not worth it. Oh and the only ice machine that actually worked was the one down on the first floor.

Worst customer service ever.
Their app double booked a room and they refused to cancel one of them and charged me for two room. The booking time clearly showed they were within seconds of each other. I am a diamond member and have stayed here a lot. I will never stay at this location again and I will make sure my colleagues don’t stay at this location either. .
I hope their one extra room charge is worth losing a diamond member.

Always like staying at the Hampton Inn. Clean rooms, allow dogs, free hot breakfast. I always try to find one on my travels. I highly recommend this one. We had no issues.

The hotel is located conveniently off the 70 highway and in close proximity to many restaurants. The digital key did not work for our room door but worked every other door. There were no bedside lights, see the attached picture, which was a little inconvenient. The bathroom light is on a motion sensor, which is aggravating if you're trying not to wake up anyone else in the room.

I have spent two weeks at this hotel with a break for the weekend. The first week the bed made a lot of noise, I notified the front desk. To my knowledge it was not fixed. The second week the smoke detector in the room is Soo sensitive that steam from the shower sets it off. I must remain in the bathroom for up to 5 minutes before opening the door to prevent the smoke detector from going off.

Not what I expected from a decent hotel.

Not what I usually experience at a Hampton. Rooms quite dated but fine. But oh the gym: none of the cardio machines (3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 recumbent bike, 1 peloton) were operational. Two treadmills had error codes and all the other equipment wouldn’t turn on. Floor around peloton was filthy. I really try to keep up with my workouts on the road, and this was hugely disappointing.

This Hilton property was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It appears to have been converted from a low-end brand and lacks all the amenities you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. The internet is unreliable, there are few power outlets, and the TVs are old. The rooms are dimly lit, the beds are uncomfortable, breakfast options are not great either. The front desk agent was completely unhelpful.

After checking in, she didn’t even tell me which floor my room was on or how to get there. She didn’t provide any information about breakfast, parking, or connecting to Wi-Fi. When I asked about parking, she rudely told me to park wherever I wanted.

I could have simply checked in from the app and gone straight to my room instead of wasting my time with this uninterested agent.
