Chad from Lutheran Family Services came to our school and changed my perspective on migration. We did a game where basically, our classes split up into four different areas, and one of the groups couldn't talk at all but we were able to do nothing and another group had to do push-ups and couldn't talk at all just that was my group and another group had candy and stuff and there was a border of backpacks and at the end, he asked us well why didn't you guys go across the border and get candy and he said because we didn't think we were allowed to and that made me realize why people were migrating and it made me realize that some country don't have the same rights as us. Our school also partnered with Lutheran families to provide welcome baskets and hygiene baskets to welcome immigrants into our community who have nothing and we are helping them get ready for the world

Lutheran Family Services provides support to migrant families and does a great job of it. Chad Corman Volunteer & Community Engagement Coordinator did a wonderful job leading an activity to show why people migrate. He also demonstrated what the migrants went through when he came to our school. He created a barrier and split us up to show what it might be like for some of the migrants. We had a discussion about some of the choices the learners made, and how that resonated with the migrant crisis. Lutheran Family Services does great work to build a better community.

Lutheran Family Services is a great organization. Some of my coworkers and I worked with them to help the migrants. By doing this, we saw the large impact of Lutheran Family Services in our community, and it was eye-opening. In addition, the resources they provided for us were really helpful and helped us better organize a fundraiser for the migrants

The employees at Lutheran Family Services are very friendly and helpful. My school is doing a project making hygiene kits for migrants, and Chad Corman came to talk to us. He taught us about the migrant crisis, and also about what Lutheran family services were doing.

Not going to lie I wasn't sure what to expect coming into my visit at Lutheran. These past few months have been the most challenging of my entire life. My expectations were blown away. The entire staff at Lutheran were all incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. Truly a breath of fresh air in the middle of my ongoing situation. I was blown away with how many fun activities and toys they had for the kids and I to enjoy. The lady who was specifically with us for the visitation was absolutely fantastic. Both of my children and I had an absolute blast. Sincerely, thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

Tadesse Edesa is one of the most rude aggressive and disrespectful employee in lfs . How ever I try to contact the management about his behavior but not get response yet

Repeated repeated unsecured emails and calls. Was told we would get a home study promptly and months later told they didn't have the resources. Huge waste of time.
