I left due to unsafe conditions. I let management know within the 10 days required by law. The manager refused to remove me according to the law. Then continued to charge me monthly with no active lease. Then took my vehicle from someone's property claiming it was abandoned and started to strip it down. They are pulling alot of illegal activities here, and makes me wonder if it's for money laundering I will be reporting further. I'm so upset because of these circumstances the management is making things difficult. All I ask is they follow what should be done according to the law. But that's an impossible reality.

Much better now that the old Runners are not there all those guys did was "extort" legal immigrants

You guys are heaven sent compared to the last manager there hope you guys keep it up and I know it's going to be hard because the other manager are
Slum landlords negative two guys with a hell of a mess to clean up brother but it'll get better!!!

This trailer park is one of the nicest parks in the valley the nabbors sticks to them self's there is not a lot of noise or commotion. The management team has done very nice in keeping up with the park. This park I would definitely send people to rent from this park

Phone number outdated, nobody in office multiple days straight at various times during regular business hours. Once you get ahold of somebody it’s a 10+ page application requesting everything about you possible. Prices are different for different people for the same space. It’s truly mind blowing the amount of info they ask for to live in the local tweaker trailer park….

There's NO management on grounds ever and it's drug infested. Too many dogs running around loose and trashy.

Lots of weird people live here but there are nice people too. Water prices are outrageous which is not included in the rent so if one or 2 people waste alot of water every one else has to pay it.

The most luxurious park in all Colorado! This place puts the color in COLORado! Layed back & peaceful setting with breathtaking panoramic mountain views near the historical SLV railroads!
