I was attacked during a deposition by an attorney. The court reporter who present during the attack left the office in terror and told me she would do whatever she could to help me bring him to justice. Instead, KLW got its attorney involved who prevented her from providing a written statement, forced her to be subpoenaed and then coached her to testify in as few words as possible so that her testimony was basically useless. Then, on top of all of that, they demanded payment for a transcript I never ordered. The sheer audacity is appalling but people should know what kind of company they are putting their money into.
