I have an auto repair business, we started from zero until we bought a building. Before we bought that building, they were running an auto repair and auto body shop too , the zoning is CMX2 as we know it is good for both. My wife went to city hall to change business address but we got denied, they said the zoning for auto repair already changed a couple years ago so we cannot run an auto repair shop in this location. I feel I just got hit by thunder, we are so stressed we put all the money for this building. If we can not open how can we pay all the loans ?
Friends and families suggest we find a lawyer, we call couples of them but they said it is hard to get approved and expensive. My sister in law told me to call JustLaws, "He is the best lawyer, I did read all the reviews and his name is Steve Masters". I called Mr. Steve Master, I explained to him my situation and he said okay send me all the paper you have, after that he said okay we can make that through. He is very kind, knowledgeable, responsible, professional and has a good relationship with the government. Mr. Steve and his team ( Miss Courtney and Mr. Denisse Lee) are the best team, they always respond quickly when we call or email. They help us to get our business license, permit for business and apartment on second floor and unity for 2 properties. My case was very complicated but they made everything perfect, so I recommend him to everyone.
