These guys are the best! I've notarized documents, had keys made, had my passport photo taken and application sent out, and shipped out letters, boxes both internationally and domestically here. They're always very friendly and informative and clearly explain the pricing and provide an estimate for when it will arrive. Nice folks work here. However, I recently paid extra to have a package arrive before Christmas, and it is not arriving until after Christmas. When I called FedEx they told me the delivery method chosen was never going to deliver the package before Christmas. When I called Liberties Parcel they said there are no guarantees. I simply wouldn’t have chosen to pay extra if I didn’t understand it wasn’t likely to arrive on December 23 as they quoted.

Liberties Parcel always has better prices than the local competitors. Their new location on 2nd Ave is great! The guys at LP are welcoming and very knowledgeable. They'll continue to have my business whenever I ship/mail something.

The best place to get documents notarized! The gentlemen there are courteous, professional, and know exactly what is required for specific documents. They also only charge $5 per document vs. some others who rip you off and charge up to $20.

Pro tip: Be sure to take originals of things like passports, etc.!

I wanted to give a shout out to Liberties Parcel for the help that they provided my wife with today when she went to mail gifts to her girlfriends. I especially appreciated it when one of the employees told her to "come back when you get your hair done" when she inquired about getting passport photos taken. We're really sorry that her natural hair was not up to the standards required for photos at your business. I certainly hope that this was a poor choice of words, but she has definitely reevaluated the comments and interactions with her during her visit.

They are stupid, they don't pay the slightest attention, they don't explain the most important thing, which is the price with the service, they don't explain to you that your shipment doesn't have tracking. They only tell you that this price is 150
